Eclipse House

“Eclipse House” is our very first completed project. This heritage-listed interwar manufacturing warehouse was acquired in 2019 when the market saw the rising popularity of industrial property.

Located on the northern end of Bowden Street in Alexandria, this free-standing building enjoys proximity to Sydney CBD while bordering the bustling suburbs of Eveleigh, Redfern and Waterloo.

Through a base-build commercial fit-out program led by the award-winning builder Unita, the 4600sqm warehouse has been successfully converted into a creative space with a touch of art deco style.

Being a warehouse-conversion project adapted to contemporary standards, the 4000sqm lettable area is equipped with brand new end-of-trip facilities, ample parking space and multiple entries for businesses of all shapes to grow and thrive. It offers maximum flexibility to occupy in its current configuration or with the desired customisations to suit specific needs. The building has achieved full occupancy since 2021, currently hosting a state-of-the-art gym, a film studio and a fashion house. The reinterpreted and renewed Eclipse House is set to thrive as a hub of productivity and creativity.
